The Topical Issues in Experts Activities

The Diploma thesis deals with general issues in the environment of Czech expertise from the view of ordinary experts. The study fosuses on a critical analysis of expert activities with special regards to remuneration issues, timing of expert fees, expertise, experts‘ inauguration and dismissal from a post and cooperation with government authorities. The methodology used is an array of reactions by experts to individual and specific points, which are then evaluated and possible methods of solution are proposed. The end of the thesis statistically summarises all problems in a graph and highlights the most critical ones.
Internet Tools for Lifelong Learning in the IT Sector

In the presented dissertation, there is, based on a given topic “Internet tools for lifelong learning in the IT sector”, expressed an appropriate coverage of created partial research tasks with an active solution of them at the Faculty of Business and Management, Brno University of Technology for branch Company Management and Economics, and that in accordance with the defined areas of research and publication activities. For systemic approach to the whole dissertation, it was defined area of theoretical perspectives and expressed methodology for addressing systemic models of education on Internet means and for that practical research work was chosen adaptable (“learning”) Company 1 as a reference (for solving individual practical research tasks) and a methodology of modern approach to modelling was created (“for modern management and information communication between systems”) and also modelling of a required adaptable (“directly also improving with modelling”) Internet (and intranet) environment of companies and its use in the process of lifelong learning of knowledge workers (“teachers”) of Company 1 and possible additional (“knowledge workers and users”) Company 2, 3, ..., m i.e. “businesses as other customers” and all that to actively create an adaptable and new space with the possible use of an evolutionary (“new and also modern and intelligent and self-learning”) means of information and communication technologies (ICT) both from the world and from the Czech Republic and especially new (and evolutionary perspective) Internet tools and resources for business management, lifelong learning in IT sector and necessary monitoring of demanded company's competitiveness operating in dynamically developing IT. By systemically solved modelling on computers, there is expressed an issue of appropriately selected internet tools in a competitive environment of companies, and also there is addressed by computer modelling a new approach to modelling leading to an anticipated modernization of modern electronic lifelong learning forms built on tools and resources of the Internet. The work also includes a creation of models on PCs allowing comparison of expected changes in competitiveness of companies reacting to the benefits of created methodology and that leads to an anticipated improvement in the quality of management and economics of companies in terms of relative improvement of their competitiveness. Solving of these modern issues is conducted based on an appropriate analysis of selected enterprises, corresponding to the solved topic and solved objectives of the work and also obtained information from publications in world information sources on the Internet and from virtual libraries of the world, publishing, seminars, proceedings and conferences. The results of system analytical approach to solving tasks and activities of the research work have been regularly published in articles of professional and peer-reviewed journals and also in conference contributions. In these research results, there is systematically expressed a new essence of solving interface of social and IT technical system with selected resources of internet tools for lifelong learning companies working in IT sector as a possible contribution into modern creation of self-learning organizations.
Project of Uniform Education System for Expert Activities

Particular parts of the project 'Uniform Education System for Expert Activities' are listed and described in this dissertation. Legal approaches to the issue of expert activities in selected European countries were mapped on the basis of researches. The fact that the current legal regulation of expert activities in the Czech Republic does not include the obligation of the lifelong learning of experts, does not specify the ways and forms of verifying of qualification requirements before appointing to the office, and also does not provide for the further educating after the registering on the list of experts, is seen as a problematic situation. The suggested system is divided in two basic parts: before registering the expert on the list of experts, focusing on the qualification requirements and the way of their verification by administrative authorities, and after appointing to the office and registering to the central list of experts, focusing on lifelong learning during the whole time of practising of the profession, as well as on the form and content. Some basic methods of sociological survey (especially introductory seminars and questionnaire surveys) were used as the information source. These dates were evaluated and applicable conclusions were compiled and integrated into in more detail described components parts of the suggested education system, in which also the already existing training courses and workshops were taken in consideration. For the purpose of regular verifying of expert's professional qualification, a credit system was developed, as well as the periodicity of verifying of the expert's professional qualification and the form of record keeping in the Index of Expert's Professionalism.
The Study of Employment Athletic Clubs of Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with employment in athletic clubs in Brno. First explains the basic concepts. After the thesis is focused on the specification of individual athletic clubs. There are discussed qualifications for particular positions, as well as financial security professional athletes and coaches in clubs. This part is followed guestionnaire survey and its evaluation. In the last part of the thesis, suggestions for improvement in employment and quality of work through continuing education of sports clubs.
Lifelong Learning Politics: complementary and compatibility CR to the EU

In my bachelor thesis deals with defining the relationship between the emerging concept of adult education at EU level and the expression of support in the national curriculum of the Czech Republic, response documents and putting into practice on a national scale. The fundamental point I think the concept of the Lisbon process and its implementation at European level. The priority thesis will evaluate the progress of the Czech Republic in accordance with the educational policy of the European Union, mutual compatibility and complementarity of the two concepts of education.
Enterprise Management in Industry 4.0 and Human Resource Development

Based on the research, the aim of the dissertation is to identify the key competencies in the conditions of Industry 4.0 and to propose tools for human resources development in order to evaluate their implementation in terms of ensuring the required development of employees. In the quantitative part, based on a questionnaire survey, the statistical research revealed in the number of ANOVA tests and after adjusting their p-values by Bonferroni correction, the competencies of leadership and lifelong learning as statistically significant key competencies of professionals for Industry 4.0. This statistical result is supported by the case studies included in the qualitative part of the dissertation. The case studies capture the professional development of five managers who hold Industry 4.0 core competencies. From the qualitative research in the form of coaching interviews, the thesis shows the professional development of the experts by an average of two levels for each competency separately on the ten-point scale based on the primary questionnaire survey based on the experts' self-evaluation. The coaching method was confirmed in the case studies as the most effective method of competence development for Industry 4.0 compared to leadership and mentoring. The use of 360-degree feedback confirms the results reached by the author in the case studies. The methods for developing human resources in key positions in Industry 4.0 conditions have been effectively captured and the objectives have been met.

The diploma thesis deals with the motivation and barriers in education of adult students at a college. The issue of motivation and barriers of selected economically active students in higher education is discussed. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the topic of the diploma thesis - motivation, motivation to learn, lifelong learning, adult education, higher education, barriers in education and more. The aim of the thesis is to find out and describe what motivated and continues to motivate selected economically active adults to study at a college, to identify the barriers they feel in this education and to find out how they deal with these barriers. The thesis identifies, analyzes and describes the motivation and barriers of selected adult students in education at a selected college. As part of the empirical part of the thesis, based on its aim, research questions are set, to which answers are subsequently sought through investigation. The topic of the diploma thesis is the management of further education of academic staff at a selected faculty, a part of a university-type university. The aim of the work is to analyze and describe the management system of continuing education of academic staff and to propose improvements in this area. Competencies of an ideal language teacher based on the subjective opinions of teachers and language learners

This thesis deals with the current issue of strengthening and creating a competency model for private language teachers. At the present time, it is a very frequently discussed topic in the teacher community, especially given that the requirements for the profession are not specifically defined. Therefore, foreign language teachers often shape their own perception of necessary qualifications of a private language teacher. The aim of this thesis is to develop a competency model of an ideal language teacher based on the subjective opinions of the teachers themselves and language learners and to raise awareness of the requirements for the profession. The theoretical part first describes the position of language education in the context of lifelong learning, then it deals with the issue of competencies with a focus on the language teacher and last but not least it revolves around the language learner. A section is also devoted to the current state of knowledge and the results of research studies on the competencies of language teachers both in Czech and foreign context.
